Flavorful salmon fillet steamed with garlic, dill, lemon, pepper, and green onions, cooked in foil in the oven or on the barbecue.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillet
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh dill, chopped
  • 5 slices lemon
  • 5 sprigs fresh dill weed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and generously spray two large pieces of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  • Lay salmon fillet on a piece of foil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and chopped dill. Top with lemon slices and a sprig of dill on each slice. Finish with chopped scallions.
  • Encase the salmon with the additional foil, ensuring a tight seal. Set it on a baking sheet or in a spacious baking dish.
  • Cook the salmon in the oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.
