Delightful salmon with Dijon, garlic, onion, and tarragon, perfect for a low-carb diet. Enjoy this tasty dish!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and give a quick spritz of cooking spray to a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a prepared pan, lay the salmon skin side down. Spread a light coat of Dijon mustard on top. Place garlic and onion slices on the salmon. Season with tarragon, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
