Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Coat both sides of the salmon fillets generously with zesty lemon pepper seasoning.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add salmon to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, flipping halfway through until both sides are golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
