Grilled lemon garlic soy salmon with caramelized onions - a burst of flavor in every bite!
Ingredients:
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup roughly chopped onion
  • 6 slices onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic-pepper seasoning
Instructions:
  • Place the salmon fillets delicately into a beautiful bowl, ready to be transformed into a culinary masterpiece.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, half of the chopped onion, onion slices, chopped garlic, and black pepper. Pour this flavorful marinade over the salmon, then sprinkle with the remaining chopped onion, minced garlic, and garlic-pepper seasoning.
  • Marinate salmon in bowl, flip fish halfway through, refrigerate for 12-15 hours in total.
  • Prepare an outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the salmon with marinated onion slices until nicely browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
