Indulge in oysters with delectable crab dressing for a taste sensation.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml lime juice
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 20.00 ml palm sugar*
  • 200g fresh crabmeat
  • 40.00 ml roughly chopped coriander
  • 20.00 ml chopped Vietnamese mint
  • 1 red chilli, seeds removed, very finely chopped
  • 2 makrut lime leaves, very finely shredded
  • 2 dozen oysters on the shell
Instructions:
  • Combine lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar in a bowl, whisk until well blended.
  • Combine the crabmeat, coriander, mint, chili, and makrut lime leaves in a separate bowl. Toss with the lime juice mixture, then spoon small piles of the crab dressing on top of the oysters. Serve immediately.
