Flavorful Swiss Chard enhanced with garlic paste, lemon juice, and crispy bacon.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed, leaves cut into 1-inch pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chopped bacon until the fat separates from the meat. Melt butter in the skillet and stir in lemon juice and garlic paste. Add Swiss chard to the skillet. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes until wilted. Stir well to coat chard leaves with the butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
