Quick and irresistible: ham with balsamic peach sauce ready in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fully cooked ham
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup raspberry spreadable fruit
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, if desired
Instructions:
  • Slice the ham into four 1/4 inch thick slices.
  • Prepare a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook all remaining ingredients in the skillet for about 6 minutes, stirring regularly, until the peaches are tender and the sauce transforms into a glossy glaze.
  • Stir in the ham, then lower the heat to medium. Cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes, turning the ham once, until it is heated through.
