Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add lemon juice and swirl the skillet to combine.
  • Start by searing the salmon fillets skin-side up for 3 minutes until golden brown. Then, generously drizzle the fillets with lemon butter. Carefully flip them over and cook for another 1-2 minutes based on thickness. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
