Delicious salmon in creamy curry sauce with ginger and lemon, served with fragrant basmati rice and fresh salad. Ideal for 2.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 2 pinches ground ginger
  • 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, bring cream, curry powder, lemon juice, and ginger to a boil. Reduce to low heat and gently add salmon. Cover and simmer until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes, flipping once or twice. Season with salt and pepper.
