Transform sausages using just 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 18 thin slices pancetta or streaky bacon
  • 12 thin pork chipolata sausages
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 46.80 gm Dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Carefully envelop each succulent sausage in savory pancetta, ensuring a secure wrap with slight overlap of the slices.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange sausages in a greased roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Warm honey, mix with mustard, brush over sausages, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Soak 12 wooden skewers or clean sticks in water for 20 minutes. Thread pancetta-wrapped sausages onto the sticks and grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked. Brush with honey mixture before serving.
