Exciting cocktail party creation that will take your tastebuds on a trip.
Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken thigh fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 5.00 gm sweet paprika
  • 4.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 chorizo sausages, thickly sliced
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chicken with lemon juice, oil, paprika, garlic, and sugar. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Place chorizo slices in a sizzling hot pan until they turn golden, about 1-2 minutes. Then, transfer them to a plate.
  • Cook half of the chicken in the pan, turning occasionally, for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  • Skewer the chicken and chorizo, arrange on a platter, and serve with optional lemon wedges. Enjoy immediately!
