Ingredients:
  • 640g pork steak
  • 10.00 ml mustard powder
  • 7.50 gm smoked paprika
  • 380g pineapple
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, deseeded, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 82.50 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Spray pork on both sides with oil. Combine mustard powder and paprika, then coat both sides of pork with the mixture. Cook pork for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until done. Rest for 5 minutes covered with foil before serving.
  • Combine the pineapple, cucumber, chili, parsley, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  • Plate the salad, add the pork on top, and serve.
