Parmesan & garlic bread

Elevate your Italian feast with Parmesan garlic bread.
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic bulbs (skin on), halved horizontally
  • 250g unsalted butter, softened
  • 40.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 sourdough baguettes
  • 100g parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C.
  • Arrange the garlic, cut-side up, on a generously oiled baking tray. Drizzle with oil and roast for 40 minutes until tender and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly, then gently squeeze the garlic out of its skin into a bowl. Lightly mash the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the butter and parsley until well combined.
  • Cut diagonally into the baguettes without completely slicing through. Spread the butter mixture and sprinkle cheese between and on top of the slices. Bake until crispy, about 15 minutes.
