Savor the garlic bread twist on classic Monkey Bread for a flavorful meal upgrade.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan by greasing it.
  • Combine green onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, butter, and eggs in a bowl until fully mixed. Tear the bread dough into walnut-sized pieces and coat each piece in the egg mixture.
  • Place the dough balls in the pan, making sure to cover the bottom with a layer of balls, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat this step, adding cheese to each layer until all the dough balls are in the pan. Cover loosely and let the dough rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown.
