Elevate pork tenderloin with a crispy breadcrumb coating for a crowd-pleasing meal.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2 (12 ounce) pork tenderloins
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the baking dish by generously coating it with cooking spray before elegantly placing the pork tenderloins in the dish.
  • Combine bread crumbs, fragrant parsley, savory Parmesan cheese, aromatic thyme, and a perfect balance of salt and black pepper in a bowl; let the flavors meld.
  • Combine tangy mustard with pungent garlic in a bowl, then generously coat the pork with the flavorful mustard mixture.
  • Evenly scatter the bread crumb mixture on top of the mustard coating.
  • Roast the pork in a preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, approximately 20 minutes. Ensure an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) when inserted into the middle.
  • Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
