Delicious buttered noodles with parsley and Parmesan, a quick and customizable dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package dry spaghetti
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your fresh, high-quality ingredients for a culinary masterpiece.
  • 1. Boil a pot of lightly salted water. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Heat a skillet over gentle heat. Slowly melt butter with garlic, being careful not to burn the garlic. Season with parsley, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with butter until well coated. Increase heat to medium and cook until pasta is heated through and absorbs the butter. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Top off with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
