Total Time:
Chicken legs stuffed with garlic, parsley, and breadcrumbs, slathered in curry-garlic butter, and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon coarse grained prepared mustard
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
Instructions:
  • Oil the grill lightly and preheat it on high.
  • Gently separate chicken skin from flesh by sliding your hand underneath. In a small skillet, saute green onion and 2 cloves of garlic in butter for 1 minute. Mix in breadcrumbs and parsley. Stuff this flavorful mixture under the chicken skins, ensuring it goes all the way through.
  • Make a flavorful blend by mixing 1 cup of butter or margarine with mustard, 1 clove of garlic, and curry powder. Slather this delicious seasoned butter over the chicken and place it on a preheated grill. Grill each side for 10 to 15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear. Brush the chicken with the remaining seasoned butter while grilling for an added burst of flavor.
