Indulgent and creamy Russian Easter dessert, like crustless cheesecake, no baking required. Perfect year-round treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped blanched almonds
  • 0.5 cup currants
  • 0.25 teaspoon lemon extract
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and butter in a medium bowl until well mixed.
  • Gently combine sugar, almonds, currants, vanilla, and lemon extract. Place mixture in a shallow dish, cover with a cloth, and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
