Tropical passionfruit cocktail with bold South American flair.
Ingredients:
  • 4 limes, quartered, chopped
  • 70.95 gm raw caster sugar
  • 250.00 ml white rum
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
  • 500.00 ml chilled soda water
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a large serving jug, combine the lime and sugar. Use the handle end of a wooden spoon or rolling pin to crush the lime and dissolve the sugar.
  • Combine the rum, passionfruit, soda water, and ice cubes in a glass. Stir well and then pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
