Exotic South American cocktail bursting with tangy passionfruit.
Ingredients:
4limes, quartered, chopped
70.95 gm raw caster sugar
250.00 ml white rum
2passionfruit, halved
500.00 ml chilledsoda water
750.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
In a large serving jug, combine lime and sugar. Use the handle of a wooden spoon or rolling pin to crush the lime until it's slightly rough and the sugar has dissolved.
Combine the rum, passionfruit, soda water, and ice cubes in a glass and stir until mixed. Pour into glasses and serve right away.
