Elevate summer snacking with passionfruit gelato in orange cups.
Ingredients:
  • You will need 4 passionfruit for this recipe.
  • 300g (2 cups) tropical fruit sorbet (Vitari brand), softened slightly
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 4 valencia orange shells (reserved from main)
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the sorbet, passionfruit pulp, and sugar. Spoon the mixture evenly into the orange shells. Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes, then serve immediately.
