Easy and delightful cocktails for holiday cheer.
Ingredients:
  • 170g can passionfruit pulp
  • 300ml chilled apple juice
  • 250.00 ml small ice cubes
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chilled lemonade
  • 1 small red apple or green apple (such as Royal Gala or Granny Smith)
Instructions:
  • Combine the passionfruit pulp, apple juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 1 minute until the mixture is well blended and chilled.
  • Divide the passionfruit mixture into serving glasses and pour the lemonade over the top.
  • Thinly slice the apple crosswise using a mandolin or a sharp knife. Place 1-2 apple slices on top of each cocktail for a beautiful presentation.
