  • 375g dried farfalle pasta
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 252.50 gm pure cream
  • 23.40 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind

Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions until tender. Add peas for the final 3 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta.
  • In a large, deep frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and zucchini and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until zucchini is tender. Stir in cream, mustard, lemon rind, and 2 tablespoons parmesan. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through and well combined.
  • Take the pasta mixture and transfer it to the pan. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper for seasoning. Lower the heat to low and gently stir everything for 1 to 2 minutes until it is heated through. Finally, garnish with the rest of the parmesan and serve.
