Ingredients:
  • 400g rigatoni or other tube pasta
  • 250g diced ham
  • 150g semi-dried tomato
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 250ml thickened cream
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh thyme
  • 40.00 ml grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and generously grease four 300ml individual ovenproof dishes.
  • Boil the pasta until al dente, then mix with ham, semi-dried tomatoes, feta, mozzarella, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Transfer to dishes, bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncover, sprinkle with parmesan, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
