Skewer up pastrami, cornichon, spinach, and Swiss cheese for a unique and quick finger food canape that will impress your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cornichons
  • 4 slices pastrami, halved
  • 8 small baby spinach leaves
  • 150g Swiss cheese, cut into small triangles
Instructions:
  • Skewer 1 cornichon, 1 slice of pastrami, 1 baby spinach leaf and 1 slice of Swiss cheese. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients to create 8 skewers. Serve and enjoy.
