Create a mouthwatering pastrami and Swiss cheese sandwich.
Ingredients:
  • 39.60 gm mayonnaise
  • 5.90 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 small lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 small white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 8 slices wholegrain bread
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices pastrami
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Add cabbage, gherkin, and onion. Stir until fully combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 1. Lay 4 slices of bread on a surface. Arrange cheese on top, cutting to fit if needed. Add cabbage mixture, 2 slices of pastrami, and remaining bread. Cut sandwich in half and serve with potato chips.
