Indulge your guests with scrumptious chocolate macadamia cookies made with Bisquick® mix and creamy peanut butter - the perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in brown sugar until well combined. Gently fold in Bisquick mix, chocolate chips, and nuts until just moistened; the dough will be crumbly.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and space them 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, gently flattening each one.
  • Bake until golden brown for about 12 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack.
