Pea, ham and ricotta pasta

Whip up a quick and delicious six-ingredient pasta dish in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 375g dried large spiral pasta
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
  • 25g butter, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 150g sliced leg ham, chopped
  • 200g fresh ricotta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions until tender. Add peas for the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta, saving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
  • Put the pasta and peas back into the pan. Add the butter, onion, ham, reserved liquid, and ricotta. Mix until the butter melts and the pasta is well-combined. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
