Pea, mint and fetta dip

Quick and easy party dish using frozen peas.
Ingredients:
  • 500g frozen peas
  • 125.00 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 58.75 gm sour cream
  • 50g feta, crumbled
  • Smoked paprika, to serve
  • Olive oil, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil peas in seasoned water in a saucepan until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Combine peas, mint, and sour cream in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper, then process until nearly smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with crumbled feta and smoked paprika. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
