Elevate your party with a chic stone fruit cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 750ml btl chilled sparkling rose wine
  • 750ml (3 cups) chilled apricot nectar
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) peach iced tea
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved, stones removed, thinly sliced
  • 82.50 ml fresh mint leaves, lightly bruised
  • 3 x 7cm cinnamon sticks, broken (see note)
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a large serving bowl or jug, mix together the sparkling rosé, apricot nectar, cordial, peach, mint, and cinnamon. Stir in the ice cubes.
