Delicious cinnamon peach bread, perfect for holidays or anytime with convenient canned peaches.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups diced canned peaches, drained
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 8x4-inch loaf pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • In a large bowl, gently whisk the eggs. Incorporate sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just mixed. Gently fold in peaches and walnuts. Transfer batter to the prepared pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
