Elevate your crumble with a delicious sugar cookie topping.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups sliced peeled peaches (8 medium)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat an 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine juicy peaches, vibrant blueberries, 1/2 cup of cookie mix, and 1 teaspoon of zesty lemon peel in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Combine the remaining cookie mix with the butter using a pastry blender or two knives until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in the remaining teaspoon of lemon peel and sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
  • Bake until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown, about 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
