Summery peach burrata salad with basil and raspberry balsamic syrup to impress your guests!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 ounce) ball Burrata cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • flaked sea salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Carefully unveil the burrata cheese, revealing its irresistibly creamy core, and elegantly place it at the center of a plate. Artfully arrange peach slices around the cheese, shower with basil leaves, and finish with a decadent drizzle of olive oil.
  • In a small saucepan, heat raspberry balsamic vinegar until it turns into a thick syrup, about 5 minutes. Drizzle the balsamic syrup over peaches and cheese, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
