Indulge in a summer tradition with this easy Peach Pie recipe. Just 6 ingredients, 25 minutes prep time, and Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts deliver golden slices of perfection topped with ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Gold Medal™ All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 to 5 1/2 cups sliced peeled fresh peaches (5 to 6 medium)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F with the cookie sheet inside.
  • Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add peaches and lemon juice, mix well. Spoon mixture into one frozen crust. Remove crimp from the second frozen crust using a sharp knife. Invert and center the frozen crust on top of the pie. Let thaw for 10 minutes, then crimp edges together. Cut 2-3 slits in the top crust and cover the edges with a pie shield or foil strips.
  • Bake pie on a cookie sheet for about 45 minutes, or until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown and the juices are thick and bubbly. If the crust is browning too quickly, simply cover the top of the pie loosely with foil. Once done, allow the pie to cool on a rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
