Easy no-egg peach pie with layers of fresh fruit, buttery crumb, and a gorgeous lattice crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
  • 10 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while combining sugar, flour, and butter in a bowl until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside.
  • In a 9-inch pie plate, lay down a bottom crust. Add a layer of peaches, sprinkle with some of the flour mixture, then repeat layering with the rest of the peaches and flour mixture.
  • Cover the filling with a decorative lattice crust on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the crust turns golden brown, approximately 45 minutes. Let the pie cool before cutting into slices.
