Wholesome smoothie with instant oats, yogurt, and bananas for a satisfying yet refreshing treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1 packet peaches and cream flavor instant oatmeal
  • 2 packets granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
  • 5 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • Add the milk, yogurt, banana, instant oatmeal, sweetener, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until creamy. Serve in glasses.
