Peaches and Tequila Sunrise Sauce

Zesty marinade made with peach preserves, orange juice, and apple cider vinegar for pork, steaks, chicken, and fish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup peach preserves
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers tequila
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine peach preserves, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, orange juice, tequila, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the meat with half of the mixture. Transfer the rest to a saucepan and boil until thickened, about 10 minutes. Serve as a delicious sauce for the meat.
