Transform a simple cake mix into a delicious crust for a mouthwatering fruit pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches, drained, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon with a spoon until crumbly. Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for the topping. Press the rest of the crumbly mixture onto the bottom and sides of an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or just the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Blend sour cream and egg together in a small bowl until smooth. Gently spread the mixture over the crust, then layer with peaches. Sprinkle the reserved crumbly mixture and nuts on top.
  • Bake the 12-inch pizza pan for 34 to 38 minutes or the 13x9-inch pan for 35 to 42 minutes until the topping is light golden brown and the center is set. Let it cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  • In a separate bowl, mix glaze ingredients until it reaches a thick syrup consistency, adding milk as needed, 1 teaspoon at a time. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza and serve it warm or chilled. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered.
