Peanut Butter and Banana Chocolate Truffles

Indulgent truffle treat combining chocolate, peanut butter, and banana, chilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup sifted confectioners' sugar, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine chocolate, banana, cream, and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until fully melted (some lumps may remain from the peanut butter), about 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer mixture to a bowl and chill until firm, around 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  • Use a melon baller to scoop chocolate mixture and form 1-inch balls. Roll truffles in confectioners' sugar, then chill in the refrigerator until firm, for 1 to 2 hours.
