Wholesome energy bites with peanut butter, banana, oats, and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup ripe mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine oats and cinnamon. Mix well. Add in mashed banana, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Roll the mixture into 24 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Refrigerate the balls, covered, until chilled. Store any remaining balls in the refrigerator, covered.
