Peanut butter and berry frozen bananas recipe

Quick and healthy sweet treat, perfect for kids!
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, halved lengthways
  • 70g peanut butter
  • 100g fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or sliced strawberries
  • Honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper. Arrange the banana on the tray and freeze for 30 minutes, or until just frozen.
  • Spread a ripe banana half with luscious peanut butter, almond butter, or creamy yogurt. Add a cascade of fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a juicy strawberry on top. Serve promptly to enjoy at its peak freshness.
