Indulge in fluffy peanut butter banana pancakes for a delicious morning treat. Just mix Bisquick™ Gluten-Free mix with water, sugar, salt, and an egg - then enjoy the perfect blend of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup creamy gluten-free peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped banana (about 1 small)
  • 1 sliced banana, if desired
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat (375°F) and lightly grease with vegetable oil or cooking spray (without flour). In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, warm water, peanut butter, granulated sugar, salt, and egg until combined. Gently fold in chopped banana.
  • - Pour a 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto a hot griddle. Let them cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on top and the edges are dry. Then, flip them over and cook until golden brown. Serve the pancakes topped with sliced banana and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
