Easy peanut butter cake with brown sugar and peanut butter streusel topping.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by greasing and flouring it. For the irresistible streusel topping, mix 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup brown sugar in a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter and 3 tablespoons butter, cutting them in until the mixture becomes a delightfully crumbly texture. Set aside for later.
  • Mix 2 cups of flour with 1 cup of brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add milk, eggs, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of butter. Combine thoroughly and pour the batter into a prepared pan. Spread it evenly and sprinkle streusel on top.
  • Bake at the set temperature for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool.
