Cake mix peanut butter cookies - irresistibly crunchy with a nutty twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 0.33300000429153 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine peanut butter, water, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in the cake mix using your hands if needed. Shape into walnut-sized balls or spoonfuls and place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a fork dipped in flour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, about 8 to 20 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
