Create a scrumptious treat by wrapping peanut butter cookie dough around Snickers® candy bars to make Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 20 fun size bars chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy
Instructions:
  • Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl. Mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix well. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until fully combined. Chill dough for at least an hour until not sticky.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Divide the dough into approximately 1/3 cup portions and mold each around a candy bar. Arrange the cookies 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until edges start to brown. Then, cool on baking sheets.
