Indulge in our irresistible Christmas cookies filled with chocolate candy and peanut butter, guaranteed to impress fans of this classic flavor combo. Easy to make and fun for everyone, these cookies are a must-try for the holidays!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 20 Hershey’s Kisses Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
  • 1/3 cup coarse white sparkling sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper. Combine cookie mix, vegetable oil, water, egg, and flour in a large bowl until dough is formed.
  • Form the dough into 20 balls measuring 1 1/2 inches in size. Flatten each ball into a 2 1/2-inch circle. Press one piece of milk chocolate into the center of each circle, ensuring the dough surrounds the chocolate completely. Reshape the dough back into balls, roll them in sugar, and arrange them 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Disregard any excess sugar.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are set. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely for about 20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
