Decadent and effortless homemade candy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.33329999446869 cup crunchy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8x8x2 inch square pan by greasing it with butter. Set it aside for later use.
  • In a saucepan with a candy thermometer, cook sugar, corn syrup, milk, and salt until thermometer reaches 234°F (112°C). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
  • Transfer the peanut butter mixture into a large mixing bowl and beat until it thickens. Then, pour the mixture into a prepared pan and chill until cold. Finally, cut into squares and enjoy!
