5-ingredient creamy peanut butter fudge with marshmallow cream.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (2 pound) package confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter.
  • In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add evaporated milk and sugar, then bring to a vigorous boil. Stir constantly and continue boiling for 7 minutes.
  • Take the pan off the heat. Blend in the peanut butter and marshmallow cream until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and chill until firm, for about 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares before serving.
