Indulge in decadent creamy peanut butter fudge made with sugar, evaporated milk, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream for a delightful melt-in-your-mouth treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together white sugar, evaporated milk, brown sugar, and butter. Stir continuously until it bubbles, then let it boil for 7 minutes.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and blend in the marshmallow cream until smooth and fully melted.
  • Mix in velvety peanut butter and aromatic vanilla until a silky consistency is achieved.
  • Smoothly transfer the mixture into the pan. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes and then cut it into 24 squares before serving.
