Quick and creamy peanut butter fudge with marshmallow creme for a popular holiday treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13 inch pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until it boils. Boil for 10 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan and refrigerate until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy.
